Currently he resides in Dubai and manages his business from there. Amol started Catalyst Business Partners LLC (CBP) in 2002 with the goal of offering new IT solutions. He was in the US while starting his first company. The company started giving its customers cutting-edge technologies and custom solutions which helped it to become a leader in the IT field. Then after some time, Amol recognized the nascent demand for IT services in Africa, and moved to Dubai in 2006 where he set up the subsidiary of CBP. This was such a strategic move but CBP entered into new markets where it strengthened its place as a world leader in IT services.

With his goals and dedication, CBP soon did a regional growth. CBP became an Oracle Platinum Partner and a well-known name in IT services, which built its reputation as a leader. In a span of 16 years, the Company created significant business in UAE and African countries such as Senegal, Guinea, Cameroon, and Egypt. The business has more than 200 employees and makes $25 million a year.

His career starts in the United States

Amol started his career in the US where he joined MirrorPlus Technologies. He was one of the founder employees who had the company's penny stock options. During his tenure at the company, he worked hard and made his focus on several business procedures. The company started growing very quickly but in 2003, American Reprographics acquired MirrorPlus Technologies and issued its IPO in 2005 which was such a big deal and showed that the company has become successful. But Amol took the advantage of the process and excelled his experience in multiple things which helped him to enhance his knowledge in the business industry. Amol learned a lot about how markets work and how to run a business during his time at the company. He would later use these skills as the basis for his business ventures.

Amol always had a desire to become a businessman and that was the main reason that he went beyond CBP. He invests his into different businesses and runs a number of successful businesses, including Terra Firma Commodities (TFC) where he is one of the co-founder of the company and assists to run business smoothly. He is a shareholder and Board Member for Senslytics Corporation and a Board Member for The Trip Works Holdings Ltd.
